New to Buddhism? Experienced practitioner looking to refresh the fundamentals? Come join us as we explore the basics of Buddhism!

Over 8 weeks we’ll explore the foundational Buddhist concepts including:
• Who was the Buddha?
• The History of Buddhism
• Is there a Buddhist Bible?
• The Four Noble Truths
• The Eight-Fold Path
• The Three Marks of Existence
• The Three Poisons
• Buddha Nature & Bodhicitta
• And more if we still have time after all that…
We’ll also show how to tie these concepts together in a way that is easy to understand and remember.

Class size will be limited so sign up soon to save your spot! To encourage deeper discussions the class will be kept small and will not be open for week to week drop-in attendance.

Duration – 8 weekly sessions starting February 29th to April 25th
Location – Remote (Zoom)
Timing – Thursdays 6-7:30
Max enrollment – 15 people (in order to keep it small at first and encourage open discussion)
